Role:
seeking a well-rounded Project Manager with 7+ years of construction project management experience managing high-end custom residential projects. This individual will play a key role in coordinating with homeowners, superintendents, subcontractors, architects, and internal teams to ensure luxury residential projects are delivered successfully.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage high-end custom residential construction projects from preconstruction through completion
- Coordinate closely with homeowners, architects, designers, superintendents, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards
- Work collaboratively with field teams throughout all phases of construction
- Ensure clear, proactive communication between all stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and resolve issues before they impact schedule or budget
- Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and customer satisfaction
- Build strong relationships with homeowners through professional, responsive communication
Requirements:
- 7+ years of construction project management experience
- Experience managing high-end custom residential construction projects preferred
- Strong K-12 construction project management experience also considered
- Excellent client-facing communication skills with the ability to work directly with homeowners
- Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and project execution
- Experience coordinating with architects, designers, and subcontractors
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficiency with construction management software (Buildertrend, Procore, SmartBuild, or similar) preferred
