Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Salesperson role based in Nashville, TN, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Salesperson will identify and pursue new residential and commercial roofing and exterior leads, respond to inquiries, and conduct on-site inspections to understand customer needs. Daily activities include preparing and presenting estimates, explaining service options and materials, and guiding customers through the sales process. The role involves maintaining relationships with existing clients, following up on proposals, coordinating with project managers and installers, and updating sales records and CRM tools. The Salesperson will represent the company professionally in the community, attending local events or meetings as needed to promote services. Qualifications Demonstrated ability in consultative sales, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing deals in a construction, roofing, or home services environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical roofing and exterior concepts clearly to customers. Basic understanding of roofing and exterior materials, installation processes, and estimating or willingness to learn quickly. Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple prospects, follow-ups, and site visits efficiently. Comfort working in a hybrid setting, including field visits across the Nashville, TN area and office or home-based administrative tasks. Proficiency with common office and CRM software for tracking leads, preparing quotes, and maintaining customer records. Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to conduct on-site inspections safely.
