Property Maintenance Technician: Make-Ready & Repairs

Greystar is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to ensure the physical aspects of the property meet standards for cleanliness, safety, and overall functionality. You will diagnose defects, perform repairs, and complete work orders for resident requests. Responsibilities include make-ready tasks, inventory management, documenting work, and assisting in ground upkeep.
