A well-established Plaintiff Personal Injury firm is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to join its growing team. Responsibilities Manage Plaintiff Personal Injury cases from intake through resolution. Draft and prepare pleadings, discovery requests and responses, and correspondence. Coordinate medical records, case documentation, and litigation deadlines. Assist with trial preparation and overall case management. Maintain case files, calendars, and communicate with clients and medical providers. Qualifications 3+ years of Plaintiff Personal Injury Paralegal experience required. Medical Malpractice experience is a strong plus. Experience handling litigation files from pre-suit through trial preparation preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Salary and Other Compensation The annual salary for this position is between $70,000-$90,000 . Factors that may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
