This role supports the culinary team by ensuring all mise en place is completed, food safety standards are maintained, and guests receive exceptional dining experiences.What You Will DoPrepare food items of consistent quality according to guest orders following recipe, as well as production, portion, and presentation standards.Strong knowledge of health codes and full understanding of all knife cuts and animal breakdown.Complete mise en place and set-up station for lunch and/or dinner service.Operates, upholds and properly cleans kitchen equipment while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment.Label and date all food containers and rotates as per policies.Check pars for shift use, determine necessary preparation, freezer pull and line set up.Note any out-of-stock items or possible shortages.Return all food items not used to designated storage areas.What You BringExperience in a professional kitchen environment; specialized culinary skills such as breakfast cook, oyster shucking, or similar expertise are an asset.Bulk cooking experience neededStrong knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and health code requirements.Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.Collaborative team-player mindset with strong leadership potential.Passion for hospitality, culinary excellence, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.What We OfferExcellent training, development, and career growth opportunities within CulinaryComplimentary meals during shiftsUniforms and dry cleaning providedSchedule & HoursSunday and Monday (7AM-4:30PM)Hours may include additional mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needsCandidates must have valid work authorization for the U.S.Please note that due to the large number of responses we receive, only candidates being considered for the above position will be contacted for an interview.Don't miss this opportunity to be part of our award-winning team, while developing your career with the world's leading luxury hotel company!
