As a Project Manager III within PNC's Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA; Cleveland, OH; Phoenix, AZ; Dallas, TX; or Birmingham, AL. We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager III to lead medium to large-scale projects and strategic initiatives. This individual will be responsible for managing complex projects from initiation through implementation, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver business outcomes while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards. The ideal candidate will have experience leading projects in highly regulated industries.Key Responsibilities:Lead multiple concurrent projects, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, governance structures, and stakeholder communication strategies.Partner with business leaders, technology teams, risk partners, compliance organizations, and operational stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives.Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, dependencies, and roadblocks.Facilitate project governance meetings and provide executive-level reporting on project status, milestones, and key performance indicators.Ensure adherence to regulatory, compliance, and risk management requirements.Manage change control processes and support organizational change management efforts.Coordinate resources across multiple business units and external vendors when applicable.Promote best practices in project management and continuous improvement.Key Qualifications & Experience:Project management experience leading complex business or technology initiatives.Experience managing large cross functional projects.Knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.Strong risk management, stakeholder management, budget management, and communication skills.Experience working within a regulated industry environment.Exposure to Artificial Intelligence (AI) initiatives, including AI implementation, process transformation, governance, or operationalization efforts.Financial services or banking industry experience preferred.PMP, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent project management certification preferred but not required.
