ESTIMATOR - Structural Commercial Concrete


Well-established top notch full-service Metro specialty CONCRETE contractor is seeking an experienced ESTIMATOR preferably with 5+yrs experience. Client services a wide range of projects including Structural & Light Commercial Concrete Projects, such as Schools & Educational Buildings, Offices, Multifamily, Churches, Warehouses, Medical, Retail and other Civil projects as well including Site Development and Flatwork.


Key Candidate Qualifications:

• Estimator experience must include Commercial Structural Concrete Experience
• 7+ years working for a Commercial Concrete specialty sub-contractor or self-performing General Contractor
• Project experience specialties focus on Commercial Concrete - Structural Concrete, Cast-In-Place, Flatwork, Slab on Deck/ Grade, Elevated Slabs, Tilt-Wall, Footings, Foundations & more
• Organizational skills, including time management, delegation, prioritization, and multitasking.
• Creative and results-oriented, with a keen sense of urgency and self-motivation.
• Work/ Projects are LOCAL
