Responsibilities Supervise the Recovery Support Staff (RSS) supervisors and document all supervisions in Relias, Oversee and assign duties to Recovery Support Staff. Train and onboard new RSS staff. Develop the weekly RSS schedule and ensure coverage for all shifts. On callafter hours to RSS for any emergencies. Conduct monthly RSS staff meetings. Develop,with theProgramDirector,the RSS staff meeting agendas and attend all case conferences weekly. Qualifications Required Education High School Diploma or Equivalent Required Bachelor’s degree a plus Licenses/Certifications CASACpreferred Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor – Trainee (CASAC) in good standing Required Experience Minimum two years’ experience working in a substance use disorder treatment setting, including working with patients with co-occurring disorders. Experience with case management and knowledge of and/or experience substance abuse, mental health, health, vocational/educational/training, and housing systems.
