Seeking a full-time Community Manager, this role will manage day-to-day community engagement across social platforms, focusing on TikTok and Instagram, while crafting compelling copy and identifying trending opportunities to enhance brand engagement for leading global clients. Key responsibilities Own community management and engagement strategy across TikTok, Instagram, X, and Threads, prioritizing TikTok and Instagram Write on-brand copy for community posts, replies, and real-time engagement moments that reflect each client's voice Proactively identify and engage in trending conversations and culture-defining posts to expand reach and grow fandom Required qualifications 3-5 years of experience in community management, social media, or copywriting, preferably with agency or CPG brand experience Exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone and voice across multiple brands Deep knowledge of social platforms, internet culture, and emerging trends Strong organizational and time-management skills for managing multiple client accounts Working knowledge of social media management and analytics tools for scheduling and reporting
