Director of Property Management Location: Charlotte, NC | Job Type: Full-Time | Pay: $145,000 - $170,000 We are seeking an experienced Director of Property Management to lead regional operations, support portfolio performance, and drive consistent execution across commercial properties. This role is ideal for a strong property management leader with experience overseeing teams, budgets, capital projects, tenant relationships, and day-to-day operations. Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations for a commercial property portfolio, ensuring strong service, compliance, and performance.
• Lead, coach, and mentor property management teams, including onboarding and training new team members.
• Partner with leadership on budgets, variance reviews, NOI improvement, CAM reconciliations, and capital planning.
• Support site inspections, vendor management, contract negotiations, and operational best practices.
• Drive adoption of tools, programs, and process improvements across the region.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of progressive commercial property management experience.
• Proven leadership experience across multiple properties or teams.
• Strong financial knowledge, including budgets, CAM, NOI, and capital projects.
• Experience with vendor management, tenant relations, inspections, and operational reporting.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; CPM, RPA, or ACoM certification a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and property management systems; technology-forward mindset preferred.

Pay Details: $145,000.00 to $169,999.00 per year
