Global Electronic Services, Inc., an industry leader in industrial electronic, servo motor, hydraulic, and motor repair for over 26 years, is seeking highly motivated and energetic Inside Sales Account Manager to join our growing team.

This is a fast-paced, high-volume outbound calling position focused on lead generation, customer outreach, business development, and asking for the business. The ideal candidate is comfortable spending the majority of the workday on the phone and thrives in a performance-driven environment.

This role requires a minimum of 80 outbound calls per day, and daily KPIs must consistently be met. We are seeking individuals with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, high energy, and the ability to remain focused and productive throughout the day.

In addition to a competitive hourly base pay, this position offers a highly competitive commission and bonus structure. Team members who consistently achieve and exceed performance goals have significant earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Make a minimum of 80 outbound calls per day.
• Conduct outbound prospecting and customer follow-up calls.
• Generate leads and identify new sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Accurately document customer interactions and activities within company systems.
• Meet and exceed daily KPI, call volume, and performance expectations.
• Maintain strong productivity and phone activity throughout the workday.
• Professionally communicate with customers and prospects.
• Work closely with management and sales teams to support company objectives.
• Follow company call scripts, procedures, and processes as required.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous outbound call center, telemarketing, inside sales, or customer outreach experience preferred.
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls daily.
• Strong verbal communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and desire to succeed.
• Ability to handle rejection professionally and remain motivated.
• Basic computer, CRM, and data entry skills.
• Strong attendance, punctuality, and reliability are required.
