Customer Care Coordinator

Position Summary The Customer Care Coordinator is a full‑time hourly position that reports to the Customer Care Manager. The role ensures a positive, timely customer experience through efficient call handling, issue resolution, and accurate data entry. Responsibilities Manage large numbers of incoming calls. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution. Record customer interactions, process data, and file documents. Coordinate service requests and schedule jobs for contractors. Ensure one‑trip service completion by inquiring about service requests. Maintain effective physical and electronic records. Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications High School diploma. Minimum 2 years of related experience in customer care coordination or administration. Proficiency with AS‑400 and MS Office (Excel a plus). Excellent phone etiquette, written, and oral communication skills. Strong organizational and time‑management abilities. Positive attitude and ability to deescalate upset callers. Bilingual Spanish (preferred). Physical Demands Must consistently operate a computer and other office machinery, communicate via phone, email, and in person, work in an indoor, temperature‑controlled environment, and sit or stand for most of the day. Pay and Hours $22.00 – $24.00 per hour. Hours are 6:30am – 3:10pm, Monday through Friday.
