Care Management Associate (Remote – Ohio Medicaid Behavioral Health) – $22.64/hr Location: Remote (must reside in Ohio) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM ET (no weekends, no holidays) Pay: $22.64/hr Summary Hiring a Care Management Associate for a fully remote role supporting an OhioMedicaid behavioral health care coordination program for children, young adults, and families. In this Care Management Associate position, you will serve as the administrative and operational “front desk” for Care Coordination—managing inbound queues, answering questions from members/guardians and community partners, taking referrals, verifying Medicaid eligibility, and completing required Health Risk Assessments (HRA). This Care Management Associate role is ideal for candidates with high call-volume experience, strong documentation skills, and the ability to balance compassion with efficiency in a HIPAA-regulated environment.
