Role Atria’s IT environment blends the agility of a startup with the quality of top‑tier service organizations. We seek a creative, hands‑on IT Specialist to support both corporate and clinical IT systems, delivering the same level of quality as our customer service model. The position reports to the Chief Information Officer within the Product & Technology organization. Responsibilities Support “help desk” function for both corporate and clinical teams, ensuring maximum service satisfaction and optimal device and network availability and security. Manage onboarding and off‑boarding of users, including hardware setup, email domain, phones, and SaaS subscriptions. Troubleshoot interface issues with medical equipment, EMR, and other systems/devices. Support Wi‑Fi / networking within firewall and access point systems in corporate and clinical offices. Provide IT and AV support within Atria’s healthcare clinic, including hospitality‑led member suites. Maintain user accounts and network connectivity for safety/compliance, medical records, imaging, labs, genomics, diagnostics, wearables, and third‑party systems. Ensure compliance with patient data protection and information security policies, including HIPAA and HITRUST. Maintain on‑site printers, fax, scanners, and perform ongoing maintenance. Collaborate with internal product operations to support Atria‑unique clinical needs integrated with the EHR. Identify opportunities to optimize the IT budget. Provide onsite and remote troubleshooting via diagnostic techniques. Deliver end‑user training as needed. Maintain asset inventory across end‑user and organizational assets. Provide timely and accurate updates on IT risks, issues, resolutions, and expenditures. Salary $90,000 – $110,000 Requirements BSc/BA in IT, Computer Science, or a relevant field (preferred). Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an IT Specialist in a major hospital or complex healthcare setting. Strong working knowledge of identity management, office productivity, mobile device management, databases, computer systems, and mobile devices. Experience setting up new office environments (networking, devices, infrastructure). Proven vendor management skills, driving customer service and cost terms. Ability to adhere to a responsible IT budget for per‑employee and organization‑wide expenses. Skill to diagnose and resolve technical issues across all areas of responsibility. Experience with modern technology stacks (Okta, Google, Apple/Mac) and networking (Fortinet, Ubiquiti). Proficiency in English (spoken and written) with proactive communication skills. Commitment to high‑quality customer service comparable to luxury service brands. Organized and detail‑oriented.
