Telemetry RN in Martinsburg, West Virginia

This 13-week travel assignment is for a registered nurse supporting a telemetry unit with private rooms and a varied patient population, including telemetry monitoring needs, post-catheterization recovery, medical-surgical cases, and respiratory difficulties. You will provide overnight care, monitor cardiac rhythms, manage medications such as titrating heparin when indicated, start IVs, complete assessments, and collaborate with hospitalists, respiratory therapy, pharmacy, monitor technicians, and patient care technicians. The unit offers self-scheduling and possible block scheduling, with no on-call requirement. Floating may include comparable telemetry or medical-surgical areas. Every other weekend and alternating holiday coverage are required.
