- Provide customer service to all persons at the location by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as appropriate.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
- Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, loading zones, parking areas, and the perimeter, with work environments and conditions varying by location.
- Monitor access points, verify credentials for employees, visitors, and/or vendors, and help to deter unauthorized entry into restricted areas.
- Support security-related operations for a food and beverage location by observing for unusual activity, policy violations, and/or potential hazards, and communicating needed information to the appropriate personnel.
Minimum Requirements:
- Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
