Position Title Security Officer Patrol Operations Location West Chester, OH Position Type Full Time Pay Rate $17.51 / Hour Job Schedule Day Time: Mon 06:00 AM – 02:00 PM, Tue 06:00 AM – 02:00 PM, Wed 06:00 AM – 02:00 PM, Thu 06:00 AM – 02:00 PM, Fri 06:00 AM – 02:00 PM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, property concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting relevant information to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including common areas, lobbies, parking areas, and perimeter locations, helping to identify unusual activity and/or maintenance-related issues. Monitor access points and visitor activity in support of property protocols, assisting with directions, entry procedures, and/or communication with authorized personnel as needed. Support daily operations at the location by maintaining a visible presence, completing assigned reports, and communicating clearly with tenants, contractors, and/or emergency responders during routine and unusual events. Minimum Requirements Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
