THE ROLE The Coordinator, Business Services will assist with report requests by utilizing Grasp, Anthony Travel’s online reporting tool, and Trams, Anthony Travel’s back-office system. Additionally, he/she will reconcile credit cards on behalf of our clients. The person in this role will work with the Senior Manager, Business Services and Reporting Analysts, in achieving successful outcomes for our clients. The individual in this role would ideally have experience with back-office accounting functions. He or she will need to understand simple excel skills, i.e., sum formulas, formatting, etc. Critical skills for this role include the ability to take guidance, meet deadlines, and collaborate with others. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES Complete credit card reconciliations for clients while working with agents and account managers to obtain information and meet deadlines Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients’ ad hoc and routine reporting requests Work with Reporting Analysts to produce customized reports through Grasp and Excel Update back-office data to ensure accuracy Maintain basic tracking of reporting requests, reconciliation status, and outstanding items Use company-approved AI tools to support routine tasks while verifying outputs and protecting confidential information This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of the employee's activities, duties, or responsibilities for this job. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. The company strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings. Hiring Rate Minimum: $42,750 annually(minimum will not fall below the applicable State/local minimum salary thresholds) Hiring Rate Maximum: $57,000 annually
