Our company may be 60 years old, but the real growth is just getting started.The Role:We are seeking a highly motivated, Design Manager to join the HomeShine Studios team within PurposeBuilt Brands. HomeShine Studios is PBB’s newly created internal creative team that is looking to create breakthrough communication for PBB’s portfolio of consumer and commercial brands.The ideal candidate will be responsible for elevating creative output and execution across new product launches and design assets for a variety of CPG brands. What You Will Do:.Lead and mentor a team of designers, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities.Conceptualize, design and execute across a variety of campaigns and projects.Displays keen attention-to-detail and upholds all work at the highest standards of quality.Execute traditional design including, but not limited to packaging, in-store displays, and brandingCollaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize designs that effectively communicate our brand message and product features.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies (including AI) to continuously improve the quality and impact of creative output.Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of creativity and production quality.Ensure brand consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all deliverables.Oversee the translation of approved concepts into print-ready files.Build and maintain strong relationships with creative partners and internal stakeholders.Facilitate a seamless handoff process between creative and production.What You Will Bring:8+ years of experience in graphic design with a focus on packaging, including 1–2 years in a leadership or managerial role.A dynamic creative portfolio showcasing a range of projects, including packaging and shopper marketing examples.Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Strong grasp of packaging design principles, printing processes (digital and flexographic), and production best practicesProven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities across diverse brands and timelines.Excellent creative and storytelling abilities, with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication skills and the ability to present ideas and concepts effectively.Compensation Range: $95,000-$110,000Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job related skills, experience, location, and relevant education or training.
