Assistant Property Manager (Tax Credit)

We are currently seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager to join a growing multifamily community! We are looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused professional with strong apartment industry experience. This property is located in South Austin and requires a bilingual and tax credit experienced candidate!
Qualifications:
- Previous apartment industry experience required
- Tax Credit/LIHTC experience required
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Strong knowledge of leasing, resident relations, rent collections, and daily property operations
- Experience with Yardi, OneSite, ResMan, or other property management software preferred
- Knowledge of Fair Housing guidelines and compliance processes
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily property operations and office management
- Support leasing activities, renewals, and resident retention efforts
- Process applications, recertifications, and resident files
- Assist with rent collections, delinquency, and reporting
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and prospects
- Coordinate with maintenance staff and vendors as needed
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and Tax Credit regulations
