Assistant Property Manager

Rate: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position) ***Monthly new lease andrenewal AND quarterly performance bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.*** We are searching for an Assistant Community Manager to join our team at our 212-unit apartment community conveniently located with easy access to major highways, businesses along Tech Ridge, and The Domain in North Austin! Our ideal candidate will have the ability to perform the job duties of a Leasing Consultant, as needed. Requirements At least two years of Assistant Community Manager experience in on-site property management. Strong bookkeeping and organization skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs. Must be able to work one Saturday per month. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
