Our goal is to help every patient move better, feel younger, and reclaim the activities they love. We are seeking a full-time Client Care Specialist to join our Fort Lee clinic. As the first point of contact for every patient, you set the standard for the experience — greeting people warmly, coordinating their care with our clinical team, and making sure each visit runs smoothly from the first phone call onward. Location & Schedule

Location: 2160 N Central Road, Suite 103, Fort Lee, NJ 07024

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday — no nights and no weekends On-site role at a single, established neighborhood clinic

Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $18–$22 per hour, based on experience

What You'll Do

Greet and welcome patients on arrival, setting a warm, professional tone

Collect new-patient intake information and track referrals

Manage patient scheduling, reminders, and cancellations

Coordinate evaluations and appointments with the clinical team

Verify insurance, track covered and non-covered visits, and collect copayments

Send paperwork to insurance carriers for coordination of benefits

Maintain strict patient confidentiality in line with HIPAA

Other front-desk duties as needed

What You'll Need

High school diploma or GED

Exceptional communication skills, in person and over the phone

Comfort with computers; familiarity with scheduling or EHR software a plus (we use Prompt EHR)

Ability to juggle multiple tasks calmly in a busy environment

Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work both independently and as part of a small team

A positive, empathetic attitude and a sincere desire to help patients who are often in pain
