Business Solutions Analyst

Formulating and defining business scope and objectives, the full-time Associate Principal-Business Solutions Analyst will conduct functional analysis, develop specifications, and manage business process solutions in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Perform functional analysis, requirements definition, and application module configuration and testing Identify and resolve gaps in business processes, including security/authorization setup and data interface design Develop functional specifications and manage data mapping and reconciliation efforts Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience A minimum of twelve (12) years of relevant technical or business work experience Deep understanding of information systems and business processes Expertise in process design, reengineering, and requirements documentation methodologies Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle
