Key Responsibilities Prepare project plans and coordinate the attainment of project deliverables from planning to implementation. Maintain a matrix for process improvements. Drive project deliverables and task details using reports, tracking charts, and checklists. Align activities of internal resources to achieve on‑time and within budget performance objectives. Monitor and report to the business unit on project cost performance. Participate in intra‑business‑unit design teams to complete projects. Contribute to the team’s technical development in pursuit of project goals. Research causes of project obstacles and assist in implementing solutions for resolution. Functional Knowledge Demonstrates conceptual and practical expertise in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines. Business Expertise Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of competition and differentiators in the market. Leadership Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience; may lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements.
