Industrial Maintenance Electrician

Industrial Maintenance ElectricianOur client is a large manufacturing facility operating a high-speed, industrial production environment. This role supports critical equipment reliability, electrical distribution, and automation systems to keep operations running safely and efficiently. The Industrial Maintenance Electrician performs scheduled, unplanned, and emergency electrical maintenance to support mill equipment, automation systems, and electrical distribution. This position works hands-on with high-speed production equipment, troubleshooting controls and instrumentation, repairing electro-mechanical systems, and supporting electrical systems up to 4160V. The ideal candidate has strong industrial electrical maintenance experience, can read drawings and schematics, and is comfortable working a rotating 12-hour DuPont schedule.Duties and Responsibilities:Perform scheduled, unplanned, and emergency maintenance repairs on mill equipment, electrical distribution systems, and supporting equipmentMaintain high-speed automation equipment, tooling, and associated machinery to designed standardsInstall, calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair electrical equipment and distribution systems up to 4160VTroubleshoot and repair PLCs and HMIsUse electrical test equipment including multi-meters, thermal imaging cameras, meggers, and other diagnostic toolsRepair electrical, electro-mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic circuits and devicesTroubleshoot control loops and motor controls including magnetic and electronic motor controls, timers, counters, and sequencersComply with all safety responsibilities and maintain clean, orderly work areasRequirements:3+ years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in a large-scale heavy industrial manufacturing environmentStrong working knowledge of AC and DC controlsExperience working with VSDs and VFDsExperience with installation, calibration, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical equipment and distribution systemsAbility to access and read electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical drawings, blueprints, and schematicsKnowledge of instrumentation (pressure transmitters, level indicators, RTDs, valve positioners, etc.)Experience with SAP, Siemens PCS-7 (or equivalent), and Profibus communication protocol preferredStrong communication skills with a team-player attitudeAbility to work 12-hour rotating shifts (DuPont schedule), including weekends and holidaysFluent in English (written and spoken)Benefits: Why join this company?Hourly wage: $40–$48Full-time position with guaranteed hours, overtime regularly available if desired, and job stability3- or 4-day work week on a 12-hour swing shift schedule (DuPont schedule)Profit sharing paid 3 times per year$1/hr shift premium when working night shift or weekendsTool allowanceWellness reimbursementRetirement planSchedule/Hours: Day shifts one week (7:00am–7:00pm) for 3 or 4 consecutive days, followed by night shifts the following week (7:00pm–7:00am) for 3 or 4 consecutive days (DuPont schedule).
