Registered Nurse - ICU

Unit Details: Critically ill medical/surgical patients including but not limited to: sepsis, cardiac arrest, cardiovascular disease, respiratory failure, alcohol/drug overdose and withdrawal, post-op surgical care, gastrointestinal bleeding, end of life/comfort care, and COVID-19 complications. Our ICU is a split unit, totaling 12 ICU beds - 6 beds on the 2nd floor and 6 ICU beds on the 1st floor. We try to keep the higher acuity upstairs, where we staff 3 nurses (1:2 ratio); and the lower acuity patients downstairs, where we staff 2 nurses + 1 PCT (1:3 ratio).

Shift Schedules: Night 3x12-Hour (18:00 - 06:30) 6:00 AM - 6:00 AM 3 36 0 0

Weekend: Every Other

Call: None

Floating: Within facility/scope of practice as needed
