Dual Enrollment Instructor Expectations:


Below is a list of expectations for MVUSD instructors hired to teach Dual Enrollment courses to MVUSD high school students:


1. Communicate/respond timely to student queries
2. Submit course syllabus to college when requested
3. Confirm MVUSD and MSJC rosters for accuracy
4. Communicate with site DE counselors/district coordinator:
a. Early warnings when students are inactive for more than two weeks
b. Students in danger of failing prior to the W/F deadline
c. D/F students at the 6- and 12-week marks
d. Any student issues, such as grade disputes, parent calls or emails, etc.
