Operations Lead

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced leader to guide their production and material handling teams towards excellence. In collaboration with the Production Manager, you'll ensure seamless daily operations, foster a positive work culture, and drive initiatives that align with the company's values and goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the team to achieve daily goals supporting on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Build trust, collaboration, and accountability to meet shared objectives.
• Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and consistency in production.
• Identify opportunities for safety, quality, and efficiency improvements.
• Coordinate daily production and material flow to meet schedule and quality requirements.
• Provide direction and coaching to production associates and material handlers.
• Adjust work plans based on changing priorities and production issues.
• Prepare and maintain accurate production documentation and records.
• Support onboarding and training of new employees and reinforce standard work practices.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a manufacturing or fast-paced operational environment with increasing responsibilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of fostering a positive work environment and driving employee growth.
• Strategic thinker with proactive problem-solving abilities.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Intermediate computer and technology skills.

Position Type & Expected Hours

• Full-time position, 40 hours per week plus overtime as needed.
• Typical schedule begins at 5:45 AM, Monday through Friday.
• Overtime may include extended weekdays or rare Saturday hours.
