As a Full Time Member Services Advisor II at SkyOne Federal Credit Union, you will play a pivotal role in developing and nurturing member relationships through high-quality consultative service. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying member needs and matching them with the value-added products and services we offer. In this dynamic position, you will process transactions, update accounts, open new accounts, take in loan applications, and address all member inquiries. Your commitment to maintaining the Credit Union's service standards while adhering to policies and procedures is essential for achieving individual and team performance and sales goals.

Additionally, you will support business development efforts by conducting outbound sales and service calls, while providing frontline coverage at our branches and call center, ensuring a seamless experience for our members.

To thrive as a Full Time Member Services Advisor II at SkyOne Federal Credit Union, a blend of essential skills and knowledge is required. You must possess excellent communication abilities to answer incoming calls professionally, ensuring efficient and courteous member interactions. A solid understanding of the Credit Union's financial goals and compliance regulations, such as BSA and OFAC, is crucial for maintaining high service standards. Skills in problem-solving and conflict resolution will enable you to address member concerns proactively and effectively.

You should be adept at utilizing account information to assess member needs, offering tailored products and services, and consistently achieving sales and performance goals. Familiarity with software tools for account management and a working knowledge of compliance regulations are also vital. Additionally, you must be comfortable working independently, coordinating with various departments to process requests, and completing service transactions accurately and in line with established policies.

Minimum of one-year experience in a financial services call center.

Strong cross-selling and telemarketing skills.

Excellent member service and telephone communication skills.

Strong knowledge and understanding of financial products and services.

Windows, Word, Excel, and Internet proficiency.
