Job Description

Performs receptionist functions for assigned areas.

Responsibilities:

• Takes accurate messages and ensures timely delivery.
• Provides administrative support where needed.
• Process visitor passes for contractors and visitors after screening for COVID-19.
• Greets guests and provides appropriate assistance and information.
• Complies with privacy and confidentiality policies when communicating with callers and guests.
• Responsible for disbursement of resident funds and for the sales and reconciliation of lunch tickets.
• Receive and sort mail and packages to the appropriate departments.
• Receives, screens, routes and responds to incoming telephone calls.
• Provide COVID-19 screening and completion of questionnaire as per visitation procedures/guidelines for visitors.
