Marketing Specialist

YOUR ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

Each member of the team at Training Industry is essential to our success. We are currently looking for a Marketing Specialist to manage, develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive enrollment and revenue for our professional development courses, certifications and training programs. Working closely with our learning products, sales and marketing teams, you'll translate business objectives and marketing strategy into effective campaigns that engage prospective customers, nurture leads and convert interest into course registrations.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Execute marketing campaigns : Plan, build, launch and optimize email and multichannel campaigns designed to generate course registrations and revenue. Manage marketing automation : Build and maintain HubSpot workflows, nurture sequences, audience segments and automated communications. Leverage Salesforce CRM : Use Salesforce data to manage campaign audiences, support sales follow-up, and monitor lead progression and conversions. Develop compelling messaging : Write and refine campaign copy, including promotional emails, nurture content and landing page messaging. Optimize conversion : Identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness through segmentation, A/B testing, and customer behavior analysis. Measure performance : Track campaign engagement, lead conversion, course registrations and revenue; use insights to recommend and implement improvements. Collaborate across teams : Work with sales, product owners, content and design to coordinate marketing activities and support business goals.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Education A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience. Experience and Skills 3 or more years of experience executing email and digital marketing campaigns, ideally in professional education, training, certification or another B2C environment. Experience with marketing automation platforms, preferably HubSpot, including email creation, workflows and segmentation. Experience working with Salesforce or a comparable CRM. Strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to use campaign data to improve results. Excellent copywriting and communication skills. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to independently manage multiple campaigns. Experience translating marketing strategy into actionable campaign plans and executing them with limited supervision. This is a full-time, in-office position located in Raleigh, NC. While some remote work is possible, a full-time remote work arrangement is not viable for this position. Relocation assistance is not able to be provided for this position. Compensation will be based on the applicant's qualifications, skills and experience.
