Registered Nurse – Hospice

Weekly pay range: $1,890 - $2,013 per week
Guaranteed hours: 40 per week
Shift: 5x8 Days

Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of hospice patients and provide comprehensive symptom management.
- Lead the interdisciplinary team in coordinating care for assigned patients.
- Educate patients and families on goals of care, treatment options, and care planning.
- Perform thorough assessments, document findings, and adjust care plans accordingly.
- Deliver care in various settings where patients reside, including private homes, nursing homes, group homes, or assisted living facilities.
- Collaborate with physicians, social workers, chaplains, and other team members to support patient goals and family confidence.

Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in Colorado
- Ability to perform hospice-level symptom management and comprehensive nursing assessments
- Strong critical thinking, clinical judgment, and documentation skills
- Effective communication with patients, families, and the care team
- Availability for Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. schedule with occasional on-call and weekend rotations
