Infrastructure Engineer 4

Minimum Qualifications

Strong foundation in PeopleSoft architecture with solid understanding of Oracle databases (SQL, performance, tuning)
Experience working in Linux/Unix and Windows environments , including basic shell scripting
Proven ability to support and maintain enterprise ERP systems in production environments
Experience with incident management , including triaging L1/L2 support tickets, assessing business impact, and managing outages
Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as AppDynamics and Grafana, including alert investigation and troubleshooting
Experience using ticketing systems such as Jira and ServiceNow

Preferred Qualifications

Experience bridging traditional ERP administration with DevOps practices , including CI/CD processes
Hands-on experience with deployment and release pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools)
Working knowledge of version control systems (Git)
Experience configuring and managing monitoring alerts using tools such as BigPanda and Grafana
Exposure to infrastructure components , including load balancers (F5, AVI)
Basic understanding of SSL certificates and renewal processes
Experience in business continuity planning (BCP) and data center resiliency strategies
Ability to analyze system performance and drive optimization and tuning initiatives
Familiarity with PeopleSoft product suite and deployment tools such as uDeploy
Exposure to database change management tools such as Liquibase
