Job Description
As a Banquet Captain at Park Place Hotel, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless execution of banquet events and providing exceptional service to our guests. You will lead banquet staff, coordinate event details, and work closely with the kitchen and management teams to deliver memorable experiences.
Responsibilities- Supervise and lead banquet servers during events to ensure high-quality service
- Coordinate setup and breakdown of banquet events according to specifications
- Communicate effectively with clients, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any service issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Train new banquet staff and provide ongoing support and guidance
- Previous experience in banquet or event service, preferably in a leadership role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to excellent guest service
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
