What You'll Do:

Handle inbound calls with confidence and professionalism – You're not just answering the phone; you're building trust and excitement. Convert calls into scheduled appointments – Your goal is to ensure every qualified lead results in a booked roofing inspection. Master our scripts & sales techniques – You'll be trained on high-performance call handling to increase booking rates. Follow up with unscheduled leads – We don't let potential customers slip through the cracks. Confirm appointments & reduce cancellations – Ensure homeowners are home and ready for their consultation. Be the expert on our process – Educate homeowners on our services, warranties, and what sets Maven Roofing apart.
