High-performing residential construction firm with operational excellence Culture of efficiency, growth, positivity, and high standards Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a growing company Who We're Looking For Highly organized with elite attention to detail Advanced Google Sheets skills Tech-savvy, systems-oriented, and process-driven Exceptional event and travel planning abilities Proactive problem solver who anticipates needs Key Responsibilities Manage and filter communication, protecting the CEO's time Strategically manage the CEO's calendar and prepare meeting materials Maintain accurate documentation, spreadsheets, and trackers Develop and improve workflows, SOPs, and internal processes Track project deliverables, deadlines, and coordinate permitting/utilities Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and subcontractors Resolve problems independently and proactively Anticipate challenges and prevent avoidable issues Qualifications 3+ years supporting a CEO, Founder, or in a high-responsibility admin role Expert organizational skills and elite attention to detail Advanced spreadsheet skills and proficiency in Google Workspace Experience planning complex events or travel Comfortable in fast-paced, high-expectation environments Able to work full-time on-site in Hampstead, NC Nice to Have Experience in construction, real estate, or project-driven industries Experience building or improving systems and SOPs Familiarity with Asana or similar platforms Compensation & Benefits $65,000 - $80,000 annually (potential higher for expanded operational authority) Two weeks paid vacation Paid holidays Medical and dental benefits #J-18808-Ljbffr Longshore Custom Homes, LLC.
