Project Coordinator

Position Overview Landworks Limited is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team in Lockport, Illinois. This position reports directly to the Director of Operations and Vice President. The ideal candidate will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and supporting the successful execution of both trade package and general contracting projects, with time split between the office and field. Key Responsibilities Develop detailed, phased project plans for both trade package and general contracting jobs Monitor and track project execution to ensure alignment with schedules and scope Prepare and maintain project schedules, ensuring timelines are met Create and submit daily work reports documenting progress, challenges, and updates Assist with material procurement and coordinate timely delivery to job sites ahead of project needs Communicate and coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project owners Facilitate daily and weekly correspondence through both virtual and in-person meetings Support overall project management efforts to ensure efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction Qualifications Proven experience in commercial construction required Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Strong forward-thinking mindset with the ability to anticipate project needs Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Experience with scheduling and project management tools is preferred Work Schedule Typically, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM #J-18808-Ljbffr Lockport Chamber
