We are seeking a motivated and energetic leader ready to dive in!What You Will DoResolve complex issues/problems utilizing comprehensive understanding of manufacturing processesLead a diverse team of Supervisors responsible for a hourly workforce; coordinate recruitment and selection, career development, and performance managementManage the development, and monitor execution, of manufacturing schedulesDevelop budgets and manage activities to accomplish financial objectivesDevelop and recommend short- and long-range objectives, consistent with organization guidelinesCoordinate operations and communications within, between, and among various functional areasEnsure operations conform to the organization’s policies and procedures, values, and federal, state, and local regulationsEstablish, monitor, and ensure customer satisfactionEngage in the typical responsibilities of a manager requiring planning, evaluating, organizing, integrating, and controllingDrive continuous improvement through deployment of best practices in alignment with our APEX teamContinually identify and assess risks and deploy proactive mitigation plansSupport and lead new product introduction activitiesMaintain knowledge of current manufacturing and continuous improvement trends in the industryEducation & Experience RequirementsBachelor’s degree in engineering, management or a related fieldProficient technical expertise within manufacturing; DoD experience highly preferredKnowledge and familiarity with quality standards (ISO, AS, etc)Excellent interpersonal, leadership, negotiation, communication and writing skillsDemonstrated experience leading teams and motivating others U.S. Citizenship required.
