Our client is a highly reputable, fast-growing personal injury law firm focused exclusively on auto accident cases. who is seeking a motivated and compassionate personal injury attorney to join our team.We are looking for an attorney who enjoys client interaction, case strategy, and negotiation, and who wants to work in a structured, supportive environment with strong systems in place.
What You Will Do:
Conduct attorney consultations with prospective clients
Provide strategic direction and oversight to case managers
Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing compassionate and effective representation
Negotiate settlements with insurance adjusters and defense counsel
File and litigate cases when appropriate
Qualifications
Licensed attorney
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a remote environment
Litigation experience is a plus (drafting pleadings, handling discovery, and court appearances).
