If you’re ready to make a meaningful impact and grow your legal career in a collaborative environment, we’d love to hear from you!Responsibilities:• Handle and manage litigation files, ensuring they are processed from inception to trial• Prepare legal documents such as pleadings, discovery materials, and motions• Draft reports and perform file analysis to maintain high standards of detail-oriented practice• Handle litigation and other legal assignments, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently• Ensure superior awareness of and compliance with all applicable rules of conduct• Utilize substantial experience in civil litigation, specifically insurance defense litigation, to effectively manage cases• Leverage comprehensive legal knowledge to promote standards of detail-oriented practice• Prepare demands and responses, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.• Utilize skills in insurance defense and jury trials to effectively represent and defend our clients.Requirements• Must hold a valid license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.• Has a minimum of 1 year of experience as an Attorney or Lawyer.• Proficient in preparing pleadings, discovery, and motions.• Demonstrated expertise in civil litigation.• Proven experience in insurance defense litigation.• Sound knowledge of insurance defense.• Experienced in handling jury trials.Job typePerm
