Job Details

Is your background a fit? Apply if you meet this criterion:

Juris Doctor in good standing with the CA Bar plus:

• Minimum of 3+ years of labor law and employment litigation experience
• Experience taking depositions, handled hearings, and been lead counsel on a case.
• Familiarity with wage laws, leave and compliance matters (FMLA, ADA, wage and hour), policy development, compliance training and managing pre-litigation disputes is preferred but not required*
• 1800/billables per year
