HR Generalist

Select Source Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Artificial Intelligence (AI) Program Manager to lead a dynamic program supporting our client in Tysons, VA,. This role involves the management of AI initiatives, including topic modeling, tagging, training, development, and maintenance, as well as ensuring the successful execution of projects from initiation to closeout.

• Project Oversight:
  
  • Manage all aspects of project performance, including staffing, reporting, and customer deliveries.
  • Provide overall direction for project activities and client interactions.
  • Ensure goals and objectives align with contract terms and conditions.
• AI Program Leadership:
  
  • Oversee multiple AI projects simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and quality deliverables.
  • Provide thought leadership to drive innovation and achieve customer mission priorities.
  • Stay updated on advancements in AI technologies and integrate best practices.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
  
  • Serve as the primary liaison for the Government Program Manager and senior-level client representatives.
  • Ensure stakeholders are informed about program risks, strategic options, and resolutions.
• Operational Excellence:
  
  • Coordinate project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Conduct analysis, provide recommendations, and draft actionable plans for AI-related decisions.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages outreach and partnerships.

• Security Clearance: Must be able to obtain a security clearance
• Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a related field with 10 years of experience, or equivalent.
  • Documented experience managing AI-related projects from start to finish.
• Technical Expertise: Proficient in AI technologies, tools, and best practices.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, with experience collaborating across teams and stakeholders.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).
• Initiative and Independence: Proven ability to work independently, establish relationships proactively, and propose innovative solutions.
• Problem Solving: Ability to understand operational needs, identify areas for improvement, and recommend actionable solutions.

• Project Management Certification (PMP, Scrum, Agile).
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to relate effectively with employees, clients, and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical capabilities to transform raw data into actionable insights.
• Experience conducting independent research to clarify requirements and deliver high-quality outcomes.
