Vice President of Business Development

Driving strategic partnerships across the biopharma ecosystem, the full-time Vice President of Business Development will define and execute business development strategies, build relationships with senior executives, and lead high-impact engagements to accelerate growth and bring innovative diagnostics to patients worldwide. Key responsibilities Define and execute the business development strategy for the Biopharma organization, focusing on partnership models and revenue growth initiatives Build and maintain strategic relationships with senior executives across the drug development continuum to drive adoption of technologies Lead a high-performing business development team, ensuring accountability and strategic execution while contributing to enterprise strategy as a member of the Senior Management Team Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; advanced degree (PhD, MD, MBA) preferred 15+ years of business development experience in life sciences, diagnostics, or precision medicine with significant leadership responsibility Deep expertise in precision oncology, molecular diagnostics, and genomics, including knowledge of NGS technologies and liquid biopsy Proven track record of structuring and closing complex, high-value partnerships that drive business growth Established network of senior relationships across biopharma and translational medicine to generate strategic opportunities
