This contract opportunity is ideal for an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC or CF) ready to provide essential support during a medical leave, with the possibility to start as soon as possible and work through December. You’ll work with a manageable caseload of approximately 15 students and enjoy the flexibility to choose a schedule between .5 and .8 FTE—perfect for those seeking work-life balance.
Located near Quincy, MA, this well-run, beautifully equipped facility is staffed by a collaborative, passionate team devoted to delivering the highest standard of care for our youngest students. Your expertise will help children in pre-K through kindergarten develop vital communication skills at a critical stage of their growth.
Ideal qualifications and experience include:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active SLP - CCC or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CF)
- Previous experience working with early childhood or young elementary-aged children is highly valued
- Ability to plan and deliver individualized interventions and therapy
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
- Comfort working in a team environment and adapting to changing needs
Key responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students ages 3-6
- Develop engaging, tailored therapy plans based on individual student goals
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support every child’s communication development
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with school requirements
