Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Prior experience working with students across K-5, 6-8, and 9-12 grade ranges
• Strong understanding of IEP development, therapy documentation, and progress monitoring
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with school teams, families, and support staff
• Comfortable adapting therapy plans to meet the diverse needs of students
• Organization and time management skills to balance caseloads and varying school schedules

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and provide therapy for students presenting a range of speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop personalized intervention strategies tailored to individual student needs
• Maintain accurate records, write evaluation reports, and participate in IEP meetings
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Deliver both group and individual therapy sessions across elementary, middle, and high school settings
• Offer consultation and resources to educators to support classroom integration of therapy goals
