About the Opportunity:

Copley Hospital is located in Morrisville VT. Our county, Lamoille, which includes Morrisville and Stowe was recently found by ProPublica to be the most desirable place in America to live considering the future effects of climate change. We are seeking a full-time Physician to join our Internal Medicine team.

About the Hospital:

Copley is a not-for-profit Critical Access Hospital. We have the third busiest OR in the state and an enviable collection of outstanding quality metrics. Copley provides a unique blend of quality, compassionate, personalized, state-of-the-art medical care in a small, warm, friendly environment. With more than 65 specialists, Copley provides a full range of both inpatient and outpatient care, including 24-hour emergency services and the Copley Birthing Center. There are 25 inpatient beds total, split between 21 beds on the Med Surg Unit and 4 beds in the Birthing Center. Copley is a vital and integral part of our local community, our employees are skilled in their areas of responsibility and our size allows us to offer a personal touch to our patients. Copley is located in the Northern Green Mountains, Vermont's 4- season recreational resort area. Stowe, just a few short miles from Morrisville, is a world-class mountain resort town nestled beside Vermont's highest peak, Mount Mansfield, and is a destination for year-round outdoor recreation, art, culture and history. There are also world-renowned trails at Smugglers Notch, Craftsbury, and more. Within minutes you can be skiing, mountain biking or paddling in a local lake. This is a Full-Time position (PT available).

Copley Hospital has a variety of shifts available across Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem needs. Please consider applying to discuss how your availability may align.

Compensation: $144-153/hour.

The posted salary range reflects compensation for candidates with limited experience. An offer may vary based on factors such as experience, education, skills, internal equity, and market data. An offer of employment may be outside of the posted range based on those factors.
