The Fleet Parts & Inventory Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting fleet and equipment operations by ensuring mechanics and technicians have the parts, materials, and resources needed to keep vehicles and equipment operating safely and efficiently. This position is responsible for parts procurement, inventory management, vendor coordination, and daily transportation of parts and supplies throughout the DFW area. The ideal candidate will maintain accurate inventory records, optimize stock levels, support cost-effective purchasing practices, and contribute to the overall success of fleet maintenance operations through strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.Location: 3326 Hardrock Rd., Grand Prairie, TX 75050What You'll DoAssist fleet maintenance department by accurately identifying and sourcing parts.Picking up / Delivering parts across DFW with pickup truck, flat bed, or truck & trailer daily.
