House Manager for Hedge Fund Founder

Hedge Fund Founder is hiring a House Manager to oversee two residences.
This role will be based in Palm Beach, FL (live-out) for November- April and will be based in Southampton April- November (live-in).
This role is a hands-on household and property support position focused on maintaining luxury residences, coordinating vendors and household operations, and assisting principals with daily tasks and special projects.
Responsibilities include property upkeep, home organization, pet care, vendor management, administrative tracking, and communication across household teams, while ensuring homes are fully prepared during seasonal transitions between Palm Beach and Southampton.
Qualifications
• Experience working in a private household environment as a senior employee required.
• Must have own system for tracking tasks, reminders, and checkoffs.
• Reference from a previous principal required.
