AI Software Developer

You turn AI research into production systems. The Growth OS runs on intelligent automation — and you're the person who builds, deploys, and scales it. From LLM-powered content generation to computer vision for creative analysis to real-time optimization APIs, you engineer the software layer that makes AI operational, reliable, and fast.
What you'll operate:
- LLM integrations for content generation, translation, and creative briefing at scale
- API development for real-time AI-powered optimization (bidding, audience, creative selection)
- Infrastructure: cloud-native ML ops on AWS/GCP, containerized deployments, CI/CD for models
What the system requires:
- 3+ years building production AI/ML systems (not just prototypes — real traffic, real scale)
- Strong Python + cloud infrastructure skills (AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI, or equivalent)
- Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models) and prompt engineering
- You ship fast, iterate faster. You know the difference between a demo and a product.
