You will work closely with health services clients, focusing on payer modernization to enhance operational efficiencies and drive impactful outcomes. Your role will involve analyzing complex problems and developing strategies that align with client needs, leveraging your skills to deliver value and build meaningful client relationships.As a Senior Associate, you will navigate complex situations, guiding and mentoring junior team members while maintaining professional and technical standards. You will be responsible for anticipating client needs and delivering quality solutions that align with the firm's methodologies. This role emphasizes relationship building, managing others, and personal growth, providing you with opportunities to deepen your understanding of the business context and enhance your skills.In this role, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support client engagements, utilizing your problem-solving abilities to address challenges and deliver solutions. Your contributions will be integral to the success of our clients and the growth of our practice within the health services sector.Responsibilities- Analyzing complex operational challenges within the healthcare sector to develop strategic solutions- Managing client engagements and delivering tailored consulting services for payer modernization initiatives- Utilizing business data analytics to drive operational performance improvements and optimize processes- Engaging with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide insights for business transformation projects- Implementing quality standards and process optimization techniques to enhance service delivery models- Supporting change management efforts by embracing change and fostering a culture of continuous improvement- Conducting market research and operational effectiveness reviews to inform strategic decision-making- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute operations strategies that align with client goalsWhat You Must Have- At least a Bachelor's degree- At least 3 years of experienceWhat Sets You Apart- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Actuarial Science, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Government/Public Policy, Health Administration/Public Health, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain, Organizational Management/Behavior, Risk Management/Insurance- Demonstrating analytical thinking and business data analytics skills- Utilizing business transformation and change management strategies- Embracing intellectual curiosity and learning agility- Engaging in stakeholder engagement and teamwork- Implementing process improvement and optimization techniquesTravel RequirementsUp to 80%Job Posting End DateThe salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
